日本における共産党は、40万人もの党員を抱えており、党の機関紙である赤旗は200万部に近い発行を誇る。先進国の中で資本主義国に分類される国の中では、最大の規模である。最近も、日本国内での不景気による陰鬱な状況から逃れるため、ここ1年で1万人も入党したと言われている。いわゆる中国の共産党とは、その思想の根源を共産主義とすることから、マルクス主義に影響されている点で共通するものの、文化大革命などに反発し、独立路線を歩んでいる。また、ソ連の共産党とも冷戦時代から関係が芳しくなく、結果として独自路線を歩んでいる。

The communist party in Japan is employing 400,000 party members, and the red flag (AKAHATA) that is the party publication boasts of an issue near two million. It is the maximum scale in the country classified into the capitalist state in the advanced country. It is said that as many as 10,000 people joined that party to escape from a dreary situation due to the recession in Japan in this year recently. It repulses to Cultural Revolution and it walks in an independent route with the communist party in China though it is common because the root of the thought is assumed to be communism in the point that it is influenced by the Marxism. Moreover, the relation is not fragrant, and it has walked in the independent path as a result since the communist party in the Soviet Union and the cold war era.
日本人が職を失ったり、低賃金で働かされるのは、単に日本が不況だからというだけではなく、中国や東南アジアの台頭も大きい原因である。低賃金を武器として、世界の工場と化した中国は世界中の労働の需要を飲み込んできた。需要と供給の関係を考えれば当たり前であり、それに対して手を打たなかったのだから、政府の責任であると言われても当然かも知れない。しかしこの事実は、国民は認識しずらく、一部のエコノミストなどの間で議論されてはいたものの、現在起こっている事象について、自分なりの説明をつけることが出来ないのが通常であった。

Not only the fact that Japan is in recession but also Gaining power of China and Southeast Asia highly contributes to the Japanese's losing the employment and being made work with the low wage. Especially, China with lower level wage that turned into the factory of the world has swallowed the demand for labor all over the world. It is natural that China had got the power in terms of the relationship between supply and demand, so that it can be natural the Japanese Government are blamed for the failure of policies. However, for the people it was difficult to recognize such facts due to the lack of capability and experience. Though some economist discussed about that, it was usual that people cannot explain what had been happening then.
格差を認めないという政策は、多くの無駄を生み出す。社会主義ではいわゆるフリーライダーが増発することになる。つまり能力がなかったり、努力をしなくてもある程度の生活水準が確保されるという考えから一部の人間は堕落し、他の能力のある人間や努力をする人間に依存あるいは寄生するようになる。これにより、後者の人間が不平等を感じることで、腐敗してしまうという事態が生じ、結果として国家そのものが腐敗してしまうのである。競争原理を導入せずに人間のモチベーションを図ることは難しい。平等を求める日本人の共産化は、ますます彼等を貧しくする結果につながり、最終的には暴力に訴えるしか無くなる時が来るかも知れない。

The policy of not admitting the difference invents a lot of uselessness. A large amount of so-called, free riders will be generated in socialism. Some people depend or come to be parasitic to people who degenerate, and has other abilities and man who makes an effort from the idea that it is in a word incompetent, and secured some living standard even if not making an effort. As a result, the situation of latter people's feeling inequalit, and rotting is developed, and the nation rots as a result. It is difficult to attempt people's motivation without introducing a competing principle. Make to communism by the Japanese to the request of equality impoverishing them more and more might result, and it may resort to violent finally.
先進国化を目指す国は数多い。しかしそれは、既にある先進国とさらに競争相手となる数多の途上国との競争に勝たなくてはならないということである。国の成長には様々な要因が必要だが、限りある経済資源を使うことを前提とすれば、全ての国が先進国になれるわけではない。日本の凋落は、他の途上国に富が移転した結果であるから、今後日本が再度浮上するときは、どこかの国が崩壊するような時かも知れない。日本の経済が回復すれば、いかに小国と言えど世界経済への影響は少なくないため、他国からの富の移転が起こるはずだが、残念ながら今のところそのような状況は見えて来ない。

Many countries are trying to become developped contries. It requires them to fight against both the countries which has already been a developped contries and the countries which are also trying to become developped. Growth of some countries requires many factors, and not all countries can become developped according to the assumption that economic resources in the world are limted. Because the reason why Japan has been declining is transfer of wealth to developping contries, it is probable that some other countries collapse when Japan will gain power again. If Japanese economy recovers, the impact on the economy could be significant and some transfer of wealth would occur　although Japan is a small country in far eastern asia. However, there is no situation like that at present.
